Training - Press

Incline Press - 135 x 20, 225 x 5 sets of 10

Chins - body x 5 sets of 5, +25 x 3 sets of 5, body x 10

Curls and Band Triceps

Notes - Just wanted to get some light work in today.  Elbow felt fine.  Didn't push it at all.
